All orders received before 12pm Monday - Thursday we will endavour to dispatch the same day unless if we receive unexpected volumes of orders,Any orders received after this time will be despatched the next working day. Please remember that Saturdays, Sundays, Public Bank Holidays and Muslim holidays are not working days.

All our order are are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery and therefore will require a signature upon delivery and is trackable.

May we remind our customers that sweets and confectionery items on our website are heavy products and as such incur higher delivery charges for this. We try our best to keep our delivery costs to a minimum hence there are quite a number of shipping prices. This is so you only pay shipping for the weight you order. We ship using Royal Mail first class or second class post. Please note - the maximum weight for second class post is 1kg. For orders over 1kg, first class postage is required.

International customers:

We post to most countries however Royal mail have 2kg maximum weight Policy.

If your order exceeds 2kg you can split your order to lower the weight to less than 2kg.
